the saddle has finally arrived and in one word it is simply AMAZING!
Both the service and the quality speak for themselves.
I would like to briefly sum up my positive impressions: starting with the extensive trying-on and test-fitting, test riding and asking questions, right up until the right choice was made.
That someone takes this much time is not a given, and it gave me a consistently good feeling in my later decision. The handling of my young horse in particular was extremely professional, and the calm and the chance to work without time pressure were very helpful.
The friendly and personal contact with you from the decision through to delivery was consistently positive. My questions were always answered promptly.
My horse felt it too: for the test ride we had a relaxed and curious pony. During the waiting time, her previous saddle was now rejected through rearing, bucking and a lot of tension, and so on. She had, after all, learned by then that there is something much better out there. The 12-week waiting time was consequently not easy.
Since unpacking, saddling up and the first sessions with the new equipment, we can look ahead relaxed and confident. The Doma Classica saddle is not only comfort for me, but definitely also for my pony, who now moves visibly more relaxed. The saddle not only matches my expectations visually, but also in terms of the precise fit. My trainer is delighted too.
At this point, a big thank you and great praise for the wonderful product, which we hope to enjoy for a long time.
