The first appointment was great, I was allowed to try out all the models and finally decided on the El Primero.
I had originally bought the saddle for my mare, whom I unfortunately can no longer ride in the end. The saddle was unused, and I contacted the Iberosattel® team to ask whether there might be a way to either fit the saddle to my new gelding or possibly exchange it.
I got an appointment within just 2 weeks, which is genuinely exceptionally fast for saddlers in general. I was lucky, and the saddle could be fitted to my gelding. Archibald is only four years old and had previously been ridden in a standard English saddle.
With my Iberosattel®, he has been noticeably more relaxed from day 1. And I have to say for myself that I never want anything else again. The saddle is a dream – incredibly comfortable, and yet I have the feeling of sitting “in” the horse.
