Dear Iberosattel® team,
a bit late, but with all our ❤️, here is our feedback on our saddle purchase.
In September 2021 we reached out to you because our Tinker mare Rosè simply could no longer cope with her eventing/Western saddle. She showed her displeasure extremely clearly, and riding was no longer possible without concerns – in fact it had become rather dangerous.
Since our mare was still at the very beginning of being ridden, her reaction was very unsettling for us, as it came suddenly and very intensely.
A good friend, who has had a saddle from you for many years, suggested we try “you.” Naturally, the question of kissing spines also came up and was clarified.
Since we now have our wonderful Iberosattel®, there have thankfully been no more setbacks under saddle, and her training could continue.
The seat and riding feel in this saddle is simply AMAZING! Rosè now moves very freely, and her training overall is on a very good path. And the pink saddle pad was the icing on the cake, the MUST HAVE. Super stylish and top quality!
Your advice on the phone, directly at the horse, by email and in person was consistently outstanding, and we would gladly seek your advice and buy a saddle from you again at any time.
